It is also important to drink plenty of water to reduce redness and inflammation of the skin.
- Reduce Stress: While easier said than done, reducing your stress levels can have a huge impact on your body not only internally but externally as well. While stress does not necessarily cause pimples, it may aggravate existing blemishes by producing more oil-stimulating hormones. Managing your stress could be as simple as taking a few minutes out of your day to journal or enjoy something you like to do, for example, attending a regular yoga class, meditating or getting a massage.
